Throughout my career, I’ve heard leaders, politicians and even educators utilize the phrase, “People First”.
These words seem to be a catalyst used to garner support, expedite opportunities, or even evoke confidence in the mind of the listener. While People First sounds like a catchy phrase, the truth remains that words without action can do more harm than good.

Most organizational leaders are well intended but lack the time, support and or knowledge to create a culture where people are first, and they matter. Having grown weary with hearing the phrase absent the action, I decided to take the skills and knowledge learned from Best- in- Class organizations as well as my more than 20 years of people management experience to create a pathway to success.
